The inspiration for this company came from my two beloved dogs.  Pike (black & white) was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and Lucy, my three legged Chihuahua was diagnosed with Stage 2 Cancer that required her front leg to be amputated (we kicked cancer's ass btw) and the early onset of kidney stones. After a lengthy deep dive into what's really in our dog food and then taking matters into my own hands I became a certified pet food nutritionist and dove headfirst into home cooking. Every year since I adopted Lucy I would celebrate her birthday. During the pandemic I learned to bake and made her a special cake. I posted it online and all my friends started asking for one and then a new business was born. My beloved Lucy passed away unexpectedly in 2022 and Pike passed in 2024. They were the loves of my life and now we honor their memory by bringing joy to your dogs on their special day.
